He wears a yellow shirt, large blue pants, blue and red rollerskates, generic clown makeup, a green bowtie, and a blue clown's hat with a powder blue stripe at the bottom and a powder blue pompom on top.
Role[]
He will appear from Ichabod's crazy costume closet and unveil a can, a coffee cup, and a birthday cake. He will then skateboard into the closet and crash, prompting Ichabod to tell him to be careful.
