The Cat Rapper is a character who's walking on the fence. He is harassed by the barking dog and sings and raps about how, unlike the dog who threatened to bite him, he doesn't fight because his "message is love". Sheila Rae and Louise bare their teeth at him and other stray cats, but Sheila Rae also calls the cat rapper a "cool cat" in the song menu.
