Francis Haney is a School Principal in Arthur's Teacher Trouble, he holds the spelling bee contest for the Elementary
School and holds out the trophy for the first prize contestant. He later appears as a cameo as a customer in Fairwood Party Supplies store in Arthur's Birthday.
