A UK (British English) dub of Living Books was produced in 1996-2000. Six of the games were released in British English by Brøderbund.

- It was rumored that a UK dub of Arthur's Teacher Trouble existed, but so far, no physical evidence of this has been put forward.
- German and French language versions are also featured in the UK versions of the games, hence the programs in said languages are included on the disc as well.
- The V1.1 static-background variant of the Living Books intro uses the Living Book's face from the intro of Dr. Seuss' ABC, which has a bigger red right eyebrow without the white bottom eye lid.
- Also, some games have "Presents" in lower-case with a capital P, rather than in all caps.
- All games except the first two use only the Painting and Music credits sequence.
- This is one of the few international versions of the Living Books series not to feature the Programmer or Cheering animations in the credits.
- The previews were omitted from the first two games.
- The Living Books Sampler was omitted from Sheila Rae, the Brave.
